Debbie opened up my mind to possibilities for more sustainable embedding of the democratic process. I now see this new way of thinking as imperative for our organization’s critical mass.

It is so easy to become what we are used to or surrounded with, assimilating to that ‘which is’. I now see value in questioning assumptions, and connecting with a new way. In fact it is our only option for the future is 'what can be'.

We have always been putting the cart before the horse, by attempting to transform organizations before connecting to the source of transformation. No wonder it wont move forward. I feel it’s now a matter of ‘watch this space’…the impossible is happening.

We’ve discovered the power of sharing, and how it leads to greater and faster growth in organizations. It does take a lot of letting go, and understanding that others are not challenging an individual but rather challenging future lost opportunity.
